Anyone besides me a little tired of the wet and windy pattern we seem to be stuck with this spring? It would be so nice to have a string of 70+ degree days, party cloudy, 5-10 mph winds out of the west. Just dreaming a little…

In a couple weeks we’re going to have ‘skeeters chasing us around in circles! Nothing I hate worse than smelling like mosquito spray and sun block… but some warmer weather will do wonders for the fishing.

The one good thing about all this wet weather is it will give me a chance to get out and pick a bunch of crawlers. I just took a walk around my yard and it’s saturated. Come sundown the yard should be full of them.

what ever do ya mean sir mike? It was a beautiful morning to be on the river. Can we say Hurricane? Typhone? Tropical Storm? Monsoon?……..yep…..but it sure did a good job keeping the cruisers and jet heads in check .

never saw another person fishin either…….Imagine that

Yes Mike thats a great idea. Any chance you can convince mother Nature of that? Check it out and let me know. Jake, were you on the water or just driving the car around the lake? James, worms huh. Must be your night to cook but she will never believe those worms aren’t hotdogs. So after the refrigerator is full of worms you will still have to cook a real meal. Does she let you keep leeches in there too?

    Thanks, Bill
