Picture of 13 lb. Foster Arends Trout

    Here is the picture of that 13 lb. brown trout caught in Foster Arends lake last weekend. The DNR has supposed stocked quite a few of these big brood stock recently.

    Hate to be the party pooper here but rumor has it that this 13 lb. trout is longer than ALL Jakes 48 fish.

    Only a guess, but I would think it has to be over 10 years.

    Stopped out to see Mike Smith and Mike Fischer today at Hooked On Fishing and stock up some more on what I need for a season of panfishing and Foster Arends Lake trout fishing. Mike has everything you need for both and a whole lot more. With the DNR stocking some big brood fish like that one in Foster Arends its time to get out there and do some fishing. Never know when the fish on the end of your line could be a beauty like that one.

    I brought this back to the top so you can see that BIG fish are available in the Rochestyer Area Lakes.
