Breaker Barge

    I went down to Pepin yesterday to see how much progress the breaker barge was makeing. If they didn’t run into problems they should be through by now. Watch out for ice chunks down river.

    If fishing below the Alma dam, you’ll need to dodge big chuncks of ice. They really make a loud noise passing through the roller gates of the dam.
