Recent rainfall totals have been enough to get lake Zumbro up again the sheriff’s department has issued the No Wake Status for the lake.
Creeks and small rivers that feed the lake are still running somewhat high with a lot of dirt in the water. The lake will likely continue to rise a bit more and the incoming water will affect water clarity down to as far as the end of Postiers Point, perhaps further.
The lake was at 1.4 feet over summer pool this morning. No word on how long the No Wake will hold up.
