Still good on the ponds, but not sure about Lake Zumbro with the run off.

The river and streams in the Rochester area have swollen a little with this thaw and at last I heard the edges of the lake were wet and getting really “iffy” for anything but foot travel. The ice on the lake proper is good yet. I’d pass on any sort of mechanical travel but good boots will still get you around.

I just heard a few minutes ago that Lake Zumbro was shaky yesterday afternoon, and wasn’t doable today. I’m not sure where they tried to get on.

I know the Pondy was shaky yesterday already. The same person mentioned that Fishermans was probably not a good idea either. The creek and river behind the house are up more since my other comments earlier and there’s two other forks of the river at Oronoco that feed the lake and how many miles of watershed. Might be best to stay home and watch a movie or read a good book.
