The last time I tried to fish my Favorite East Metro Bass lake, the only piece of pavement that wasn’t torn up was my own driveway. 494 over the Wakota bridge is a mess, the county road to the access was closed, and south bound 494 below the 94 interchange was down to one lane. I can’t find anything on the interwebs that tells me if any of these roads are open or not. Any of you guys drive through there? Anyone have a resource that has up to date information? MNDOT’s website is a joke. MN511 hasn’t updated anything in two weeks.

Maybe the heat is getting to me.

Wakota Bridge eastbound looks like just down to 1 lane. 494W was closed a week or two ago, but think that’s done now. It’s a cluster everywhere as usual, which means winter is over.

Six months of winter, six months of road repair. Everywhere that I want to go has some construction (obstruction)!
