I was referring to rlvnt as this was a rlvnt thread, also they make the hardwater bronze lens.

For those of you that placed orders with RLVNT, how long did it take to receive your sunglasses? I placed an order on 11/24 and haven’t heard anything aside from the order confirmation. I emailed their customer service, but have not received a reply yet.

I ordered 11/24. I hadnt received a tracking number, so i emailed customer service yesterday. They shipped the day before and arrived today. Wish they would have sent a tracking number without having to ask, but glasses are great.

I wiil take glass over plastic everyday,for the scratch resistance,tried going oakley over Costa to save some bucks,ended up trashing 2 pair of oakleys,lesson learned!!

I see they have a buy one get one free sale 12/9-12/13.

I ordered the 27th, received a shipping email with tracking number a few days ago.

It was on their facebook page.

Took advantage of the BOGO sale today. Got the Navigators and the trackers. Can’t wait to try them

I’ve needed warranty work a number of times and they always came through, even three years later. Had some problems getting the bifocal in the right place but they kept at it. Then one of the lenses kept popping out. But as I said, they were 100% true to the warranty. I’d purchase again.

Update – customer service replied after 2 days and my glasses showed up a few days later. Just wish you received an email when they ship.
