RIVER LANDINGS ICE FREE?

    My buddy and I were looking to take off for the river, but wondering if all the landings are open? From Bay Point in Red Wing down to say Alma….

    Colvill is ice free. So is both public ramps in LC but you won’t have any docks. Can’t speak for Wabasha as the wind could change or ice could be blocking those launches.

    Hey Flatfish,

    Alma has been open a couple of weeks. Bass camp and Winona are also open. I heard Trempealeau is also open but have not been there yet this spring.

    Good luck if you get out.

    Hoksila is open, but Roschen had ice yesterday.
