I have a Rinnai i90cn combi boiler for sale. This boiler provides 90k btu for space heating and 150k btu for the tankless hot water side. Currently set up for natural gas but can be converted to LP

Boiler was first installed on Dec 11th 2020 and was used last winter to heat my house and my domestic water in my new home. I had a couple things change with the plans for heating some additional space and it was on the small side to be able to handle the house, garage, and bonus room. Due to this I had it changed out with a larger boiler.

Comes with most of the parts to needed to set it up for heating and a tankless water heater.

I have all of the manuals, the warranty card, the receipt from when I had it installed, and the propane conversion kit. This boiler is capable of running 2 zones by pumps plus the tankless water heater without additional zone controls. Will come with two pumps and the plumbing as shown for all boiler hookups.

Boiler alone is $2500 plus tax new without any pumps, valves, hookups that are included. $2200 cash located near Perham, MN pm me with questions.

How many square feet did it heat effectively?

I had no issues heating around 3500 sq feet to 70 degrees. Even when we had the cold snap last February where it didn’t get above -10 for a week I didn’t have any issue. I added about 700 sq feet to the system over the summer and it calculated out to be slightly undersized so we just changed it out.
