I know I’m a few months out from getting the boat out, but I wanted to rig up the electronic that I got. I have a 2095btx and was going to put two HdS7 on the back, but after comparing weight and power draw it was better to go with hds9s. I sit 95percent in the back and back troll. So I decided two hds9 in the back would be a great set up. I had a 2.25 ram mount but the base wasn’t big enough. I mocked the two units up and brought them to a welding shop so that they can make a aluminum base that will mount to the ram mount and then mount my graphs to it. According to ram mount it will hold 15lbs so I’m good in weight. One graph with be charts and the other will be 2d and side or down scan. Im also having them make me one big washer with holes cut it to put under the ram mount so all the weight is not just supported by three washers.
