I have a 2014 Ridgeline all aluminum fish house, excellent condition, spray foam insulation with cedar trim, upgraded tires and wheels (Goodyear Marathon and 15 inch aluminum rims for added clearance), propane forced air furnace with thermostat control, carbon monoxide alarm, gas cooktop and oven, pioneer stereo, LED lights inside and outside to see tip ups at night, DVD player and flatscreen, catch covers, hole sleeves, built-in table, very easy to set up and take down, you can put a wheeler in it and use the four wheeler to pull the fish house once you get to the lake. This won’t rust out in just a few years like many steel ones will, built very well. It is 6 feet wide and 14 feet long including the V-front. $9600, best offer. Also, forgot to add that it has a deep cycle battery with automatic charger and an inverter to convert it to 120 V power throughout the interior, you can plug-in a generator to the outside and recharge the battery plus directly power several of the interior outlets that way. Needs nothing, ready to pull right out onto the ice, of course as soon as we get some! If you were to buy a shell and add all these finishes and extras you’d probably spend $4000-5000. Located in Savage.

Interior picture added, sorry forgot about that one, added a few more details also, ready for the ice! I took it out on 6 inches once, not sure if I’d recommend it though.
