For what it’s worth there is a real division in St. Cloud with the Somalis.
I laughed that it made it through. I thought numerous people reviewed every request. They could run them all through IDO first!
In ND they had had news article on personalized plates. If I remember right, they also run them by some high school kids.

I believe it has something to do with off-road trucks. I’ve seen t-shirts with it printed on
I went back & forth with the DMV with my plate for yrs.I had a Bar & Restaurant for almost 30yrs called Polak’s…After bout 5yrs they gave in & issued me PO1AK..They wouldn’t give me POLAK saying it was to derogatory..

I’ve recently applied for a personal plate and didn’t want to spend money on a combination of letters that nobody but me knew what it meant. I haven’t heard back on it yet though. My first choice was SUPRDAV and 2nd choice was SUPER D
