Return a new hoodie for larger size

    I ordered a new ht the new hoodie. James made a comment that they ran a little larger so ordered a XL, its to tight. How do I go about returning it and getting a 2xl? TIA

    Yup. I ordered a 3xl as I have a 3xl winter weight one. This new one is significantly smaller. In fact I have a 2xl winter weight hoodie and this new 3xl one is smaller than that even.

    Love the design and fabric of the new one. I’d love to exchange mine for a 4xl.

    Send it back with a note attached that says you want us to replace it with a 2XL. Cost to ship the replacement to you is on us. Work for you?

    Sadly I’ll have to exchange my 2XL for a 3XL. They seem to run a little small, at least ingirth for generously proportioned gentlemen such as myself.

    Otherwise I love it. Sleeve and body length perfect and I love the material. I’m excited to wear it.

    The bad news is once I get it back it’ll be 96 degrees for the rest of the season, guaranteed. It’s like buying a snowblower in November.

    3X is what I need, returning a 2X. I should be there between 11:30-12 if that works.
