I put Thermotech window in 14 years ago. They are vinyl and still look like the day they were installed. Very energy efficient. I have all casements and love the latching mechanism. I also really like the Thermotech sliding doors.
    Made in St Cloud mn.

Put vinyl Thermotechs in my place close to 20 years ago. No issues as of yet. Like Cooperman said, they look just like they did when they were installed.

Very nice windows. I wouldn’t hesitate to put them in my house.

^Window condensation is a sign of humidity issues. Ceiling fans, range hoods, bathrooms fans, and air exchangers all play a part in eliminating this. Windows are just a noticeable indicator of the issue.

We priced out Anderson 400s from the local yard vs Marvins for our current build. We ultimately went with Marvin double hungs and a couple larger casements with transoms above in the living rooms up and down for cleaner sight lines. So far they are exactly what we hoped for with looks and function. We will see how long that remains the same after the project is over.
