Repainting old decoys

    I bought some decoys from a guy today for real cheap and curious what paint to use when repainting them. 36 Canada geese. Should I use rustoleum flat black and flat white ?

    Depends on how realistic you want your decoys to be.

    Parker’s Canada Goose Kit contains 6 colors

    Contents
    #2 White (UV), body color – Two 8 oz. cans
    #5 Black, upper tail coverts, head and neck, tail, bill nail and nostrils – One 4 oz. can
    #23 Dark taupe, back and sides, breast – One 8 oz. can
    #26 Faded gray (UV), feather borders above – One 4 oz. can
    #28 Smoke gray (UV), feather borders below – One 4 oz. can
    #29 Blue gray, bill color – One 1 oz. jar

    I dont know how crazy into detail I’ll get. I’m not very artistic. But this is the first quarter of them.

    Detail all you want, but if a duck or goose gets close enough to see that the eyes are a little off, you are a bad shot. LOL

    Ha ha I was thinking the same. From 10ft away mine look real but at the time they realize not I should have my 3
