Just bought 2006 Lund 1700 ProSport and would like to move passenger seat up to bow. Unlike my old 1989 Fury, post doesn’t seem to have a release mechanism. Any words of wisdom??? Unfortunately no manual with purchase
My pro-v’s had a passenger seat base that was the same as the drivers base that wasn’t removable. If yours isn’t a permanent base, it most likely just pulls straight up. If it hasn’t been moved in a long time grab both sides of the seat and shake it side to side as you pull up and it should slide out.
I have a 2005 Pro Sport and all my seats are removable. I did have trouble getting the rear seat post out but sprayed some WD-40 beak-free spray on it and it eventually came out.
