    Just talked by phone to the RABC authorities, the answer is No Crossings by boat. Do not like that news, maybe by October it will change, most fisherman in the NW Angle do the daily crossing for fishing

    The only way that makes sense is that they are afraid someone is going to sneak in and make landfall. Otherwise someone fishing and staying in their boat is zero risk of spreading Covid.

    I’m hearing the RABC has been suspended for the entire year.

    Likely due to enforcement issues and such.

    2021. I’m sure we won’t hear about 2022 for a few months.
