    .257 Roberts Leopoldo 4-12 scope.

    Thinking about let it go to a new home. I haven’t really deer hunted in several years. Rather spend my free time in the duck boat.

    $800 and I’ll include 24 rounds of various brands of ammo.

    I had a pre-64 Winchester Model 70 in the 257 Roberts caliber. Very nice cartridge and like your 722 Remington just a super nice handling and accurate gun. This is a bargain.

    Yep. It’s a tack driver and recoil is almost nonexistent. The 257 round started a come back a few years ago. Then everybody saw the shiny new 6.5’s.

    There are those around with stars in their eyes, yes. That 257 Roberts is a flat shooting cartridge.

    I wish I had 8 bills laying around to help you out. I’d love having another 257.

    Nice rifle in an excellent all-around deer cartridge. The Roberts is a terrific midwest deer cartridge, plenty of knockdown in a mild recoil package. Way under-appreciated.
