Remember When

For us fortunate to have been here when this site originally started, this man graced the pages with beautiful and breathtaking photos. His legacy lives on in his photos and I revisit a photo site every now and then to relive the awe he created with a camera.

I remember spending a afternoon late winter fishing with him on pool 2. Was one of the last few years of the decent sauger bites on pool 2 and that afternoon was very good. Just above the bridge at 494 vertical jigging up sauger after sauger. Ken spent a fair amount of time telling about his days when pool 2 was his home waters before moving to Osceola. Still fish some of the spots he mentioned that day. Those are some great photos he took and fun guy to fish with.

I had to pleasure to make a briefly meet him while I and my wife were at the bottom of Lake Pepin Eagle watching. He was camera in hand, doing what he loved.
