Was up at Reeds this past weekend and it has its Clam demo houses deeply discounted. They are assembled and ready to roll.
Is of course ‘as is’ with no returns so of course would want to look over them closely.

Since clam redesigned 85 percent of their lineup this year Im guessing they are making room as well.
