    Barricades are already out but not in place expecting the Highwater for this weekend.

    As of today Tuesday, March 31 all three ramps are open.

    Red Wing went from 10.7′ yesterday morning to 11.3′ this morning.
    And tomorrow I expect very close to a foot of rise.
