Police and Fire battle it out in a fun filled softball game. The events start at noon and the game starts at 1pm. There will be a lot of different things going on before the game starts. Come “Dunk a Chief” with Fire Chief Schneider and Police Chief Pohlman. Meet and Greet K9’s and the mascots. Additional activities will include face painting, emergency vehicle tours, shirt sales and much more.

There will also be a raffle for two $100 cash prizes and a Chrome Book. The raffle tickets are $2 a piece or three for $5. All proceeds for this event go towards the United Way’s Packing for the Weekend Program.

What is “Packing For The Weekend?

Tickets are $2 per person and can be purchased at the Goodhue County Law Enforcement Center or the United Way Office on West 3rd Street in Downtown Red Wing.

This is a great community event and we would love to see you there!!

Hopefully the Fire Dept will give to Police Dept a little more run for their money this year…from what I’ve heard.

I think “fire”, as a real nice fireman gets you front row parking for the sportsmans show. Even though I don’t work there anymore, I can still make a phone call

….maybe I’ll just dunk the Police Chief….
