Red lake maps

Looking where I can get a upper red lake map on a mobile device I have navionics app but it just says unsurvaeyed area thanks for any help.

Are you sure you downloaded the map for that area of Minnesota? Also, did you zoom in far enough? I just looked at my app on my iPhone and the contours are there. Also remember that there is not a lot of structure on Red so it doesn’t have a ton of contour lines like a Mille Lacs or LOTW would have.

On the navionics app push menu then push the green button that says download map. Then a blue square should appear on your screen. Take the blue dots on the corners and adjust the square so its covering all of Red Lake. Then push download map. That should help your problem with the app. Or if that dosent work go to Lake Finder, DNR website.

Don’t forget that it only shows what is east of the reservation boundary lines. The Navionics lakes north app is what I use.
