See how he’s holding it with his arms extended. I say it’s about a 9” crappie but his ‘pose’ makes it look huge.

Plus, everyone knows Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania.

    This is fake news.

I would honestly be freaked out if I pulled something like that in. Almost looks like a small halibut when it’s that large. Just this huge disc you are dragging in.

    Haha, I hope?

Great hold, true feel for how big it is. That is the ideal shot right there IMO, it’s a shame so many big fish get held way out as to not get any true perspective on them and make em look like any other fish held out for camera.

    Congrats to the angler!!

The truck behind them has the letters “eso”. This was clearly from Minn”eso”ta. You can’t fool the internet.

You know it’s not from MN cause the CO’s aren’t handing him a ticket in the first photo. If you look at the second pic, you can clearly see some lake water dripping of the crappie…and I’d bet that blue bin has lake water in it as well…

Ok-maybe I need to explain this is a joke as well.

    GREAT FISH!

Great fish Mr. Jam Ferguson, but isn’t pond fishing akin to hunting whitetails inside a high fence as far as records go?

Congrats to the angler! I’ll be in that area over the 4th this year. Maybe I’ll have to bring my gear…Tail of the dragon can wait, I’ve got fish to catch!

Did they hand raise this fish, feed it with nutrient rich food, and protect it from predators allowing to make it grow to gargantuan size?
