Recommendation for pocket knife sharpening in Minneapolis

Does anyone have a shop/guy they recommend? I’m not looking for stones or devices, Thanks

Where abouts?

I’ve used Eversharp Knives in Minneapolis and Chef Knifeworks in Maple Grove. Both do a nice job. I discovered Chef Knifeworks recently, and it’s much more convenient for me. The job he did on my Wusthofs was amazing. You can shoot him an email through his website and let him know what you’re looking for.

I would suggest going and buying a wicked edge sharpener system. Easy to use and very sharp when you are done. Found a knockoff one years ago and have done all of my knives, mom’s, sister’s, …ect. I always had a hard time with the stones or rods holding the same angle. This holds it for me. I guess I am my own guy now. Sorry not for hire.
