The kids bought me a variety jerky pack for my birthday and the maple duck stick was one of my favorites. If you can find something close to that, I’d suggest giving it a try.
Duck is super red mead meat so I’d just use any of the stick/jerky seasonings used for venison or beef.
My last year’s venison sticks I did using a jerky seasoning that I liked real well and the sticks are super good.
This is what I did literally last weekend. I went to fleet farm and bought the 25lb kit. Mixed about 60/40 pork/duck. Turned out pretty descent. Would have been great but I over smoked them.
