The “I know it’s summer and it’s busy…” is not an excuse for any boat industry service. That’s like McDonalds saying sorry, but it’s lunch time so your gonna have to come back later.
If they gave you a completed by date to get you in the door and didn’t produce by a reasonable time afterwards, you no doubt should have received some type of compensation.
