    You have a well rounded plan. In my experiences some gremlin comes by to mess with one. I call him Fred. Others call them small people. Small people are on different realm. Just saying you might see things displaced.

    Be prepaird. I bought a sleeping bag rated to 40 below. Saved my arse last year in that realy bad cold spell. It was so cold there was no evaporation in the propane cylinder so no heat for a time. Ya got electric heat and a well insulated capsule so your probably ok.
    I’m stubborn, I know there outlets to escape to but I will stand my ground. That’s the fun of it.
    It’s so peaceful.

    Build shop/pole barn first. You’ll be able to get that done quicker, then can park the IC in there while you build. There’s rules against living in a camper some places. In a shed though I don’t think they can have a say. It’s becoming more and more popular for people to build their shed, then section part of it off and create a living quarters in it. Then live there for a couple years until their house gets built.
