My buddy has a Pro V with a full windshield and what he does is puts a piece of ply board in that gap that keeps the wind out and keeps you warm. That’s the best solution I’ve seen. It’s Iowa Engineering

The first one I made the material was too thick when folded and the snaps didn’t work. I will be having an upholstry shop make my new one with some seat material.

I had one done on my Tuffy, any canvas shop shouold be able to make one, make cardboard pattern and bring it to a shop. It is awsome BTW

Or Duct Tape would work also

Just run it to the local canvas shop or boat cover shop. Very easy for them to measure up. Do you have the windshild that swings shut on the top and it’s the bottom you want to close right?

I have a piece of Plexi-glass, maybe 1/4″ thick, that slides between the consoles and keeps the water from coming in and especially the wind. Works good

Living in a small town I do not get the luxury of running down to the canvas/tent/upholstery shop so that’s out…

I really like the idea of a “Snap in Upholstery” style..

And living where I do, I was hoping a shop several people would recommend existed, so I could just place my order… Looking for a place that has worked out the bugs already…

I may bring out the old sewing machine and try some ideas I have…

If you have a place that has one made up that I can install…let me know…and thanks a ton for your ideas !!

Go down to Cabelas and get some vinyl material, hardware store for snaps.

I always used a piece of masomite with a nylon/cloth front hinge. It would lay flat on the floor when not in use. Open the windshield , flip it up and close the window. The wind kept it pushed back against the window. Cheap and much easier than snaps.

    ecnook,
I fish with a buddy who has one.
It is a heavy mil thickness similar to the back window of a convertible. It works great this time of year and it was included when he purchased his 07 619.
Give Ranger a call they have them.

    Good Luck,

My 619 came with one. Call Ranger, they will set you up with one that will be an exact fit.
