They are easy to mount. Doesn’t you Ranger trailer have the jack in the middle of the frame that was made special for Ranger? When my Jack went bad I looked for a replacement but was told I had to go through Ranger to get one. Ranger did replace it though under warrantee.

You can bolt on any jack you want. (C-clamp bolts that come with the jack) But you have to order the one for your trailer through a dealer. Bolt patterns are specific to Ranger. OTC will not fit.

I do not have the center mounted jack. It is bolted directly to the trailer on the side.

so, what I understand if I want to mount a jack in my old jack holes I will need to go to a dealer? If I use the C-bolts I can mount it anywhere?

Mine was attached on the frame to.I bought a Fulton and if I remember right 2 of the 4 holes line up.I drilled out 2 of the holes and rebolted it. It has been 6 years and works fine and you can put a heavier duty 1 on.If it goes bad again you can just change it out and do not need the Ranger only 1.Had my boat 14 years still going strong.
