Adding Pedistal Seat in Ranger 680T

    I’m in the process of repowering my Ranger 680T. I’m putting on an 07 60hp Etec. The tiller handle seems much longer than the tiller handle length of the original 60hp. Thinking I may need to move the driver seat, but that would require a new mount base as the seat mounts to the fiberglass. The other option is, buying a manual jackplate to get 5″ of setback. Thoughts?

    How about a seat slider. I have one if you’re interested.

    I think it’s a 4″ offset from center.

    Mine is a Springfield part # 1100300.

    4 1/2 inches of travel fore and aft of center.
