RANGER Z-175??!!!

Has anyone checked these new boats out? They look SWEET for Bass anglers and around the $26k mark for a fiberglass Ranger NEW! I just saw one at a local dealership, and as nice as they are the front casting deck did not appear any larger than my current 1650 Fishhawk. (yes I know fiberglass vs aluminum) Top speed with 2 guys and gear with a full tank of gas will probably hit 45MPH, so pretty good! A review with 5/8 tank of gas and 2 guys hit about 48mph, and one guy hit 52mph. That’s where my 45MPH guess comes from. Any thoughts?

I saw the boat at the Mpls Boat Show in January. I think a lot of manufacturer’s have a “price point” boat to attract first-time buyers and this is Ranger’s PPB. That being said, yes I did like it and it “pulls” a lot of standard features from their more expensive line of boats. If I only fished smaller waters this would be a fun boat. Getting out on Mille Lacs, Rainy, etc could be hit and miss though at this size. But I liked it too!!
