Ramp next to pickle factory

Is the ramp near the pickle factory in Pepin a pay/permit ramp? Or (maybe and) does it fill up pretty fast on a weekend? Only launched from the MN side before.

It’s free. I haven’t paid any attention to the number of rigs parked there though.

There is room for maybe 10 rigs tops and it is free. You can park across the tracks from the landing but there’s no real good designated spots outside of the main few by the landing. There are commercial carp guys there using a couple of the spots on a lot of mornings.

I wouldn’t plan to use it on any nice weekend. It will be full by 7am.
