ram mount???

I was looking at the two pivot swing arm mounts and wondering do they disconnect from the electronics? Our do yo have to by a bracket.

I’ve been in this dilemma all week I need a super tall ram mount I ended up buying a 10 ran for a trolling motor stop. Then I took the top u shape piece out of the ram and bought a new top mount. Both are the ball joint swivel style on both ends. It’s tough to find a lot of stuff right now it’s like all the stores are just now getting stuff in.

Yes the Ram mounts disconnect very easily. One ball mount goes to your electronics mount and one goes on boat where ever you decide to mount it. To remove elecronics all you have to do is disconnect wiring from electronics and unscrew t handle on ram mount until clamps open far enough to slip over ball end. Reverse procedure for instillation. If that doesn’t clear it up I would go to a sporting goods store and go put your hands on one. Most stores have there demo units mounted on them.

This mount does not have the ball system.

Yes, easily removable. Unit base mounts to the quick release base included with the RAM.

Swing arms are awesome…more stable, stay tighter, and easier on/off. Worth the extra cost in my book considering how much these units cost.
