The fishing on Rainy has been a bit spotty lately.I have been getting some reports from guys that know the lake, they have been getting some nice crappies on the American side.
The walleye bite in Sand bay has been decent, the last half hour of daylight being the best.
The winter we are having is not nearly as severe as the last two. With that being said its never to early to start talking about the spring walleye run on the Rainy River.Hopefully we will have a normal ice out on the river and maybe a lttle earlier.
