Going to make a quick trip up to rainy this weekend. Will be out of Island View Saturday thru Monday. Anyone have any tips on what is working? Hoping to jig most of the time, but will adapt if need be! Thanks in advance!
Jig the reefs. Won’t be hard to find, look for the boats.
I’ve stayed at Island View dozens of times, nice small resort. I would do what Dutchboy said, jig the reefs. There are a few reefs just east of the review islands. North side of Dryweed and east side of Big American can be good also. I’ve usually stayed until just after dark, as I’ve had no good luck once the sun goes down (other than being a buffet to the mosquito’s).
