Just had an hour’s worth of heavy rain and thunder here outside Cloquet. One small cell right over the top of us. Bet we got at least a 1/2 inch.

7 miles up I-35, my buddy in Esko did not get a drop yet. Crazy….

It just rained, hailed, and extreme winds in north branch. Driving home from work watched my temp gauge go from 88 to 63 degrees while it was pouring.

So far we are at 0.0” here on the banks of Pool 4 again for this “washout” of a weekend that was predicted by the weather hype people also known as meteorologists. I saw legitimate lightning this afternoon but it all split around us.

If things progress as future radar shows, we could get enough drops to make you wonder whether or not it’s raining in the next few hours, but that’s the best shot

Sounds like the rain we got was predicted to slide out over MN, but instead hung over North Dakota all day.

Man did we need that rain up at my hunting property. We’ve had just 1.25 inches of rain since May 1 up there.

My spring planted food plot soybeans were an absolute fail. No germination and what did germinate the deer immediately gobble down as soon as they got three inches high.

I was up there on Friday planting like crazy to get a field of clover replaced before the forecasted rain came. Fortunately it materialized and the Hinckley area has gotten over an inch so far.

Since Friday I’ve gotten just shy of an inch. Much needed and everything is greening up already. It’s amazing how much you can water and it doesn’t do much but a little rain perks it right up.

I think Gus gets signed soon. He and his wife just had a baby and that was likely a distraction the last few weeks.

I got smoked last night around 10:30. Hail, torrential rain, thunder/lightning. Almost 2 inches in my gauge.

Thanks Capt! We missed everything again today too, that is except for a gorgeous day with lower temps and the wonderful wind!

Denny will be driving through Iowa on Thursday. Hopefully I will bring rain with. It always seems like we run into rain in Iowa and Missouri!

I have been using CoCoRaHS for a year or two now. Great site and you can keep track of your favorite station.
