    these past few weekends at the “Duck Inn” we have noticed more and more flocks of crows, 50-100 in a flock, the young ones are ready to head south in seems. we use to get the nieghbors live owl he raised and put him in a cage and call for them, man they really get upset at him. The old timers say that when crows start flocking killing frost is only a month away, I put an x on the calendar this weekend to see how close it gets to there saying- anyone want to hunt them some weekend let us know, we have accomadations

    Not sure but I am guessing they probably just leave them lay as I cannot think of anything else they would be good for.

    ours always went on the field for fertilizer, the dog wouldnt pick them up and even the farm cats wouldnt eat them– I always put them in a predator class, they eat bird eggs of any kind but there tuff to call in and darn hard to hit- im pretty sure theres a season on them
