I agree it was hard to listen to but imo only 1 person was escalating it.

I gotta be completely honest. I don’t care how many things you say to me, how many bro’s, dude’s, brah’s, boy, bud….. I could care less. I always wonder what happens to these people who get their five minutes of fame for all the wrong reasons. I’m still surprised this guy had a guiding business, a construction business, and also was on 100% disability from the government. Maybe DOGE can look into him.

Did you hear about the guys who jumped Paul Bisonnette? You may not recognize the name, he was an NHL hockey player, but not overly well known. He is on the spittin chiclets podcast and also on the TNT crew during televised games. ANyways this group of drunk guys jumped him in a bar, all caught on film, and basically they FAFO. Apparently they did this sort of thing multiple times before. They had their “businesses” ruined as a result of this. IDK if they were arrested or not, but similar deal they were in construction of some sort. SHady businesses too.

Those guys were gypsy’s tho, they probably already have a new business started doing the same thing. Something I’m sure this guy will do if he’s able to stay licensed and insured, both would seem pretty doubtful.

He is an embarrassment to his service. He deserves what he gets.

So apparently Brock Horner(the d-bag) was arrested Friday and has been charged with felony burglary w/ assault or battery.

I’m confused. I didn’t see or hear anything about him stealing any property.

As a side note, turns out the “kid”, Gage Towles, is 22 years old. Kind of lame for him to shriek, “I’m a kid, bro,” when he’s actually an adult… lol just saying.

You don’t have to steal anything to be charged with burglary.

I think the burglary stems from him “entering” his boat uninvited. Being somewhere you shouldn’t be.

The definition of burglary is to enter a building illegally to commit a crime.

When he grabbed the other guy in the boat that could be considered an attempted assault however.

I fail to see any wrong doing by the 22 year old guy though.

Just because you didn’t steal anything doesn’t give someone the right to enter a home or vehicle without permission.
If someone breaks into your home and gets caught inside without taking anything it’s still burglary.

My guess is it gets plead down to something less.

Complete Dick Weed. It is a long standing common law that you do not enter another persons boat/ship without permission or an invite. That guy is lucky to be alive, especially being this occurred in Florida. He could have been shot.

I didn’t see it either but all we have is the view from what I assume is the victims chesty.
The lady police officer in Beast’s video above stated he grabbed the victims shirt.
Depending on the state that can be taken as an attempted assault.

I believe when he boarded the boat, he was back to the right of the kid.. and grabbed him then… that’s when the bro hit the throttle and tried to pull away, but too late, he was aboard and had hold of his shirt… from what I could imagine from the video.
