Quick shoutout to great customer service

    Last January I broke a pole on my eskimo quickfish 3i. Up until about a week ago Ardisam’s website had none in stock. When they finally showed inventory I went to order one, it was $9.99 and shipping came up as $26. Ouch.

    Called their service line which warns you that phone orders receive a surcharge, so I was already thinking what a bunch of nonsense. But customer service answered quickly, I described the huge shipping charge online. They said no that’s not right shipping would be $3. They sent me the new pole, charged $3 for shipping and waived the “phone order” fee. Overall I was impressed. Pole arrived 2 days later.
