I ordered 2 of these for my boat. I will be running them stacked on top each other in the back of my tiller Warrior and I have a couple questions.

    1. Can they both run off the same transducer? Is there additional cables I need to order to do this?

    2. Can I run one on sideview and one on downview at the same time using one transducer?

Man plan is to run one on mapping and one on sonar most of the time, but I’d like to have the option to split both screens and run one on half sideview and half mapping and the other one on downview and sonar. Is this going to be difficult to set up? I am new to Garmin electronics and not a real techy guy.

Hey Sticker! Congrats on the new Garmins I know you will love them!!

1.) They will not use the same transducer you would need a transducer for each one. They will share waypoints and data through the Data Sharing Cable.

2.) Yes you can run SideVu and DownVu at the same time on a split screen; it is a all in one transducer so it will do all 3 Sonar options at once even.

That will be a great option…What I would do is run a transducer to each one or just run a high speed transducer to one and your all in one to the other.

Danny, I appreciate the help!! Making the custom bracket this week to stack the graphs, then get everything hooked up. Can wait to see these in action.

I couldn’t agree with you more!! Although looking at your picture makes me say the heck with fishing lets go deer hunting!!! That is what I would rather be doing anyhow!!!!

Let me know if you have any questions when hooking it up.
