Purchasing licenses with Cabela's gift card

    My husband and I bought our deer licenses this weekend at Cabela’s using a gift card we’d gotten for our anniversary. For some reason, I could’ve sworn that you couldn’t use gift cards for licenses. I’m not sure where I heard that, but I’m glad I was wrong! All those licenses add up and gift cards are a perfect gift to help pay! Just thought I’d share the good news in case anyone else had been misinformed regarding this. )

    I know Gander and D icks does and Sports Authority does not.

    In many states, Credit cards may not be used. Since a gift card has been paid for and the retailer has been paid, those funds are available to use.
