We have been getting nice gills the whole month of feb and they are still biting well. The baits we have been using are small mamuskas and spikes are working the best with wax worms doing good also some days. Colors of green and yellow and orange and yellow are doing the best . Also are getting some on plastics as well.

Norhterns are still biting well on tip-ups with golden shiners set about a foot off the bottom. Walleyes are still doing good on jigging raps and sweedish pimples as well. A few crappies are biting as well .
There is still about a foot and a half of ice on the lake in most places but remember to stay away from the river because it is starting to open some what and where we had our shack the ice was down to a foot 2 weeks ago.
Be safe out there and good luck .

Checked out the landing on Oak street and has a slight hump but is passable for sure.
