Public Access on Lake Minnetonka?

I am trying to find a way to access the Gideon Bay, Excelsio Bay, Lower Lake part of Lake Minnetonka.
I looked on maps to find a public access where I could park the truck and trailer and drive out with an atv.
The closest access I can find is the Carson Bay access but it doesn’t look like there is much parking.

Does anyone know if there are any other accesses in this area that I’m missing?

you can drive out from 2 spots I know of within that circle but there isn’t parking available on shore – there is an access in downtown excelsior and you can also drive out from Tonka bay marina. you could always park on ice right next to shore, if you felt comfortable. if you get there early or late enough to carsons you should find enough room to park your rig. There is several hundred ft of parking available
