Other bills that are being reviewed by the House committee for Environment include HF276 to reimburse Game and Fish fund for any monies collected in sales of seized items, and other revenue streams, and HF 411/HF413 both making fishing licenses for people over the age of 65 free.

There are too many reasons to oppose these bills. The main one it will tie the hands of our game wardens, to do their job effectively. Warden presence is in short supply in our area in the lst Place. If you follow the law their will no problems.

” If you follow the law their will no problems.”

That all depends on the CO you encounter. I’ve situations where I wasn’t doing anything wrong, and the CO had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. Know your rights.

I feel this one. I had a issue with a ding dong power hungry dnr, went to the courts and fought, I won. He was a d bag and had many complaints.
Other then that it’s always been pleasant dealing with them

I’ve never encountered a LEO in nearly 30 years of hunting and fishing here.

So I can understand the statement that there aren’t enough of them.
