I don’t know the rosemount area but if you can track down who supplies propane to local residential and farmers like ferrel gas or lakes gas more than likely will replace valve and certify the tank. I had a small local company do this for me with my old tank. I believ with new valve and certification cost was $28 fill was extra ofcourse.

Cylinders of this size manufactured after September 30, 1998, were required to have an OPD. A typical gas grill cylinder holds about 20 pounds of propane.
100# tanks are not exempt from requalification 12 years after manufacture date. On an older tank best pay the $28 for new valve and certification. Best do it now so don’t get declined waisting a trip or worst out a tank untill certified.
