Wondering what everyone is running for props on their wx1850s. I have the stock 13 3/4 x 19 on right now and max 47-48 at 6000. Looking to see what is recommended or how height I can go with pitch and size

MX1825 Boat with F150 – I use an 18p Reliance prop with the quiet shift hub, love it… I wanted a quicker holeshot vs an extra mph or 2.

So I picked up a merc quicksilver Silverado prop 13 3/4 x 21 ran it today for first time full load 2 people 40 gals of fuel I was able to hit 50 at 5500 wot. All other performance was better except stand up power suffered a little. Is their anything bad for the motor with not being able to run closer to 6000?

With a F150 the stock prop 19-M should be just about as good as it gets i would get 49-50 at 6000 rpm good bow lift

Yes, while I am not a technician, essentially you are lugging the motor and working it harder than designed to. You will also have a tendency to make oil in your crankcase which is not optimum for the long term lifespan of the motor.
