Problem in upgrade

    Hi, i had problem with upgrading HDS5X Gen2 via ethernet. Im using HDS9Touch Gen2 with a card slot. Cant choose update file from files, but i can see it there. What is last update for 5X, I tried install 4.0 .

    I thought your problem would be in the cost. Make sure you downloaded the right file.

    I have completed an upgrade in software for a long while, but if you have the right file it should auto load I believe.

    Latest in the Gen2 5 (non touch) is 4.0. Might not load through the networked nine. Can you not put the card into the five?

    I don’t believe the HDS 5 has the capability to do network updating. I may be wrong, but I thought that was a function of the newer units.
