I have a brand new Garmin Livescope and whenever I take off the gray screen cover that came with it the top and bottom trim come detached.
I know this shouldn’t happen. I see some screw holes on the screen, is the trim supposed to be screwed on from the back?

I’m guessing the trim piece has a locking tab that’s not working properly,
Im gonna take a guess and say those holes are where you would screw the unit down for a flush mount and the trim pieces just covers it. Wether they are suppose to pop off that easily or not? I don’t know.
You guys weren’t wrong, Garmin has great customer service.
I used their chat option and got online with someone immediately instead of waiting hours like some other places.
They said the trim covers the holes for flush mounting but said the trim pieces shouldn’t come come off when I remove the included gray screen cover.
They immediately sent me new trim pieces.
