It was assumed early on that this is the only reason for the person to post on the forum. A lot of the comments were inteneded to get the thread deleted. Don’t get me wrong, the legislature in SD needs to decide one way or the other on the issue. There is still great fishing in SD and not as much trouble as it seems.
